This system differs from the system with vertical channels (version 2) in that the drop channel is wider in it. This leads to the fact that the speed of gas movement in it decreases and the heat exchange between the hot gases and the walls of the furnace itself increases. This option is preferable to option 2.
This system is based on the principle of free movement of gases. It does not have heat channels through which gases move, but there is a bell. Hot gases, rising to the top, the hoods cool down (giving off their heat to the stove), go down and go out into the chimney. After all the wood in the stove has burned out, hot gases remain in the bell, which continue to give off their heat. A high chimney is not needed for such a stove. This oven is practically not blown out. The cap or caps can be different shapes and size, which allows you to make an oven of any shape and size. Any fuel can be used in bell-type furnaces, even gas and electric heaters. In bell-type furnaces, the efficiency is higher and they are more economical.
