Boiler equipment of the Viessmann brand differs from a number of world manufacturers in a huge range of controllers for boiler control, which provide ample opportunities to solve almost any technical problem in the field of boiler automation. The Vitotronic 100, 200 and 300 controllers are automatic controls for wall and floor-standing boilers low, medium and high power.
The Vitotronic 100 are simple controllers for automatically switching the boiler on and off and, depending on the model, controlling the boiler for the preparation of domestic hot water.
The Vitotronic 200 controllers are weather-compensated control units. This function makes it possible to significantly save on fuel consumption of the boiler room, thanks to the automatic regulation of the boiler operation, taking into account weather changes and measuring the temperature in the heated room. Among the Vitotronic 200 models, there are controllers for controlling additional heating circuits with mixer, which makes it possible to mix cooled heating water in a separate circuit designed for a lower temperature, for example, for a water-heated floor.
The Vitotronic 300 controllers are more high level, unlike the 200th series. A block that allows you to connect to yourself, or combine for cascade control Vitotronic 200 series controllers. Cascade control from Viessmann makes it possible to combine up to 4 heating boilers.
Thanks to digital controllers (automation), modern heating systems have significantly expanded their capabilities. Depending on the model, the Viessmann boiler automation can perform many different tasks for the control and management of heating and hot water supply.
The main functions of the controllers are:
Viessmann automation allows you to control the temperature in each heating circuit separately. For example, you can set different temperatures in the garage and in the living room, or separately control the temperature of the radiators and underfloor heating. This function allows you to flexibly adjust the heating system for greater comfort and economy.
