II Theoretical part

2.1. The meaning of the word "tea"

As it is simple and the usual, the tea cup!

I wonder what the word "tea" mean?

I turned to the dictionaries and found out that

tea- It is an infusion of brewed dried leaves or fruits of some plant, berries (explanatory dictionary of Ozhegov)

tea-Couvenous evergreen, dried and especially processed leaves of which during welding give an aromatic toning drink (S.I. Ozhegov, N. Yu. Swedov. Explanatory dictionary of the Russian language.)

I was intrigued: how did tea come? From various sources of information: Encyclopedia, books and Internet, I found out that there are many legends on the origin of tea and the properties of the tea sheet.

2.2. On the history of the origin of tea.

The ancient mention of the tea plant refers to the first centuries of our era. When from tea leaves for the first time began to prepare the invigorating driving dream of a drink, many legends, indicated that China's homeland could be China. According to one legend, tea appeared when the Patriarch of Buddhide Bodhidharma, or Damo, fell asleep during deep many years of meditation. Waking up, Damo in anger on himself pulled out the eyelashes and threw on the ground. The Buddha himself was picked up, planted, and tea bushes rose. And Buddhists were the first to drink tea during a long meditation to cheer up consciousness.

Another story tells that over 5,000 years ago in ancient China, the rules of the wise and enlightened emperor Shen Nun, who demanded to boil all drinking water. Once the summer Day of Shen Nun and his retinue stopped on vacation, the servants began to boil water to drink, and accidentally fell dry leaves from the nearest bush. The water has become a brown, and tasted, the inquisitive emperor was surprised at her taste and his own cheerfulness and issued an order to collect such sheets and make a miraculous drink of them.

The birthplace of tea tree is considered China. It was the Chinese who drew attention to the ability of the burst from the leaves to provide a tonic effect on the human body and the first began to grow this plant. In the III - IV centuries of our era, a tea tree began to grow on plantations. In the future, so that it was easier to collect leaves, a bush was obtained from a high tree as a result of selection. Currently, tea is cultivated on an industrial scale in more than 30 countries of the world.

2.3. How tea appeared in Russia.

In Russia, "Zamar herb" appeared for the first time in 1638. Moscow Ambassador Vasily Starkov brought to Tsar Mikhail Fedorovich from Mongolian Altyn-Khan 4 Pada tea sheet. However, the Russian king Mikhail Fedorovich did not immediately appreciate the dried grass, having considered it unfit. Only after detailed questions of Vasily Starkov, the drink "Tea" was appreciated. The king, by giving the unusual drink, crushed: "Dobly, and when you get used to, much bitter."

At first, tea drank at the royal court as a medicine, and only in 1679 the first agreement on the permanent supply of tea in Russia was concluded. Russia sent to China Sukno, linen materials, leather, fur, iron and cast iron products. 150-160 days required to deliver tea. Therefore, tea was an expensive drink and was not affordable to a simple people.

What drank before Rus instead of tea?

In Russia, tea was made of dried fruits, chicory, peel fruits, crushed bones. The finished product was packaged in packs and called fruit tea. The original Russians were brines (cucumber, cabbage), mors, cucumber and cherry water, simple honey, kvass, oatmeal.

The greatest distribution in Russia got-shot-hot honey drink on the beast, sage, laurel sheet, valerian root and other plants. Known from the beginning of the XV century. Sold mainly only in Moscow in the markets and in places of large clusters of people. Was a Russian national winter drink, and while kvass - Summer. Until the end of the XVII century, the shot was distributed in public and in domestic food, but then gradually gave way to tea.

Sbite, persists so far, it is the so-called herbal tea.

However, by the beginning of the XIX century, tea became boiled and fused on Russia, as wide as a shotboard and kvass. Tea were open everywhere, and everywhere in Russia's family gathered around Samovar.

How everyone entered the deep and life and custom of the people the phenomenon of tea drinking was reflected in folklore. In Russia, the expression "Give tea" and the words "Tipping" appears the verb "Sea", to the former traditional greeting "bread and salt" added "tea and sugar", and a lot of sayings and jokes were also born. Here is some of them. "Drink a seagull forgot the longing." "I don't miss the tea, we drink seven cups", "don't drink tea, so it's not to live in the world," "tea drinking tea cuts", "Bread to buy nothing: with grief tea wept!"

By the end XIX century Russia, like England, is finally becoming a tea state. While all europe from Warsaw to Lisbon, drinks coffee or chocolate, the British and Russians drink tea.

Such an alignment is preserved, and laying a day. In Europe, besides England, drink coffee everywhere, in Russia - tea.

2.4. Tea traditions of Khakassia.

Khakasi-indigenous nationality of our republic is very hospitable. In whatever house you come, you will immediately be invited to tea. It is impossible to refuse - it means to show no respect. And "drink tea" it is in different ways. In the villages of tradition, honor is stronger. And although the XXI century left the imprint on the life of all nations, but in the city of Khakas are more modern. There you will soon be offered ordinary tea, from varieties that you can buy in any store. But in the village, especially in families, where hostesses for 60, you can meet real national dishes on the table.

Not always in Khakassia, there were tea on the table in the usual for us today. Until the XVII century, the ancestors of the Khakasov, who inhabited this land, did not know tea so. And welcomed the expensive guests with drinks cooked from herbs, in abundance of growing in local steppes and forests.

What did the inhabitants of Khakassia drank up to the 17th century, when driving on the Khakass steppes, the caravan of Mongolia for the first time inaming tea to Russia?

More than twenty species of plants were used by the indigenous population for welding. Chagu harvested (Khazitz Tea), Leaves Barberry (Nir), Badan (Hay Tea), Rosehip (IT Purun), White head (ODD tea) and others.

For a long time, the goods in Khakassia from Mongolia and back were delivered through the viewpoints: Amail (on the Amail and Sisticg-Hel River) and Usinskaya (along the USU River), in 1917 an effort was built. But Siberia was mastered quickly, and by the middle of the 18th century, another transport arterie - Moscow tract stretched to Irkutsk. Then there was a new great transit path-tea-affected Great Silk Road. And the city of Kyakhta supplied the whole of Russia and almost a monopoly-Western Europe. And we have this Chinese tea called Kyakhtinsky, and abroad-Russian.

By the middle of the 19th century, the share of tea imported through Kyakhtu accounted for about 95% of the cost of Russian imports.

So, tea in Khakassia came through the efferns tract and through Kyakhta.

At the beginning of the 19th century through the merchants of Krasnoyarsk, the goods were delivered to Khakassia on the Rivers of the Yenisei, Abakan, Jus and in the foreign uluses, on the tributaries of Yenisei-Beche and Coke; Abakana Ubatu, Kamysh, Bee and Ut. The merchants were brought here Chinese and Russian goods, and the local population purchased cattle, the stretnin and sent to Irkutsk and Yeniseisk.

Khakasi, especially Kachins, preference was given to tile tea. Therefore, it is called "Hydate Tea" that is, Chinese. Tea drank necessarily with sour cream. Mongolian salty tea ("Soyan Tea" -Tuvinsky tea) did not fit, because Khakasi believed that the salt had badly affecting vision.

I emphasize once again that the hackasi drank tea necessarily with sour cream or milk. And here it is not, remember to remember a very important rule.

Tea was served in the piles. First poured milk (cream or sour cream), then welding of herbs (or from herbs with tea), then boiling water.

It was impossible to break this order. The fact is that Khakasov told the trust that if the milk was pouring into the ground or into the water, then the milk cattle would not be conducted.

Dairy products enjoyed particular respect. If they are accidentally shed, they wip out and uttered: "Let happiness stay with me and will not go to the ground!" If the milk was given to another house, he was cast three spoons back and covered the dishes with a lid so that happiness was not gone. Late in the evening, sour cream and other dairy food could not be given to unauthorized people, otherwise the cattle will disappear.

Of course, today not in every Khakan family remembers and use this rule. But even in our time, when the indigenous population of Khakassia lives in well-maintained apartments and houses, the rite of meeting the guests did not lose their meaning.

Yurts, of course, can be seen either in museums or in some historical reconstruction. And the tables that were in each yurt (low square or oval with painted riding on four or six legs) replaced ordinary tables. The table was and remains revered by the subject of utensils. Previously, it was impossible not only to sit down, but even lean.

With the advent of tea in Khakassia, Chinese tea crossed with local herbs, it turned out something like modern tea balsams. Well, it is not necessary to forget that the imported delicacy was not for everyone to pocket.

Today, as the century ago, Khakasa has a tea with a chamber (Irben). Which, by the way, is very useful when bronchitis.

The palette of tea paints in Khakassia centuries consisted of Irbena (Castbreet), souls, Ivan tea, the needle larch, the golden root, chaga, rosehip and the leaves of the most valuable Chinese varieties of green and black tea, after being imported into the territory of Khakassia.

Today, national traditions are revived everywhere in Khakassia. And this is good. Earth and living on it must remember their roots. The roots are what the tree of our life is kept.

III Practical part

3.1. The benefits and harm of tea.

I thought about, is tea useful?

Initially, tea was used as a medicament. The benefits of tea can be given legends. No wonder, for example, in Russian, the word "tea" was used initially as a name medicinal plant. Special benefits of tea is that it has a positive effect on the whole body. Regular tea consumption is very useful for health. The composition of tea leaves includes almost all vitamins. Freshly torn sheet contains several times more vitamin C than citrus. The decoction of tea leaves by nutrition is approaching bean cultures. In this regard, green tea is especially useful. According to the ancient Chinese wise men, the drink "removes everything is not happy." A strong tea infusion stimulates the work of the liver and the spleen promotes the hemoglobin in the blood, with daily use, it activates the work of the highest nervous system, it is useful for the brain. It is also an effective body temperature regulator, so in the hot season it is recommended to replace the water with green tea. Drink can be successfully used as first aid for poisoning. Infusion is indispensable for the treatment of intestinal disorders and is a powerful means against dysentery. A drink made without sugar is capable of protecting teeth from caries. Compresses from tea-popular remedy for sunburn. Tea with plants are useful: with the leaves of black currant, raspberries, mint, apples, souls, at the hunter. Tea and fruits mutually enrich each other.

You just need fresh tea. Eastern wisdom says: "Freshly tea is similar to Balzam. Tea, stood all night, like snake. "

I decided to find out why they say about yesterday's tea and spent several experiments.

Experience number 1.

I took 2-day tea and freshly tea. Poured into transparent cups and compared them in appearance.

Freshly tea transparent tea, with a pleasant smell, without precipitation.

The 2-day tea is very dark, muddy, opaque, a little crazy with a white-gray sediment at the bottom of the cup, has a tart smell. On the surface of the tea, I saw a rainbow spot, similar to a gasoline film on the surface of the water. So, harmful substances accumulated in tea.

Photo

I concluded that over time, the composition of the tea has changed, it has become more concentrated, saturated, new, possibly harmful substances appeared in it.

Experience number 2.

I decided to find out, and how tea will influence the living organism. To do this, I took 2 leaves ( chinese rose, room rose) and put them in a cup with tea. After 1 hour, I saw that in a freshly welded tea, the leafle did not change my painting, walked on the surface of the fluid and was the same fresh and beautiful. In tea, with a 2-day exposure of the leaflet, slightly drowned, lost his color, became brownish green and called. So, the overabundance of concentrated substances per hour was poorly influenced by a living organism.

It turns out tea and useful, and harmful. Pressure tea is harmful to living cells, which means to health. It turned out that tea is useful if you eat it correctly.

The Chinese tradition contains some restrictions on the use of tea to avoid the manifestation of its harmful qualities.

Do not drink tea on an empty stomach.

Do not drink tea too hot, burning.

Do not drink cold tea.

Do not brew too tight.

Do not brew too long.

Do not drink tea medication.

Do not drink yesterday.

3.2. Social poll

I decided to find out if my friends, classmates and students of primary classes are known, about the dangers and benefits of tea. I spent the survey. The guys were offered 3 questions:

1. Will you have tea?

2. What tea do you prefer?

3. Do you know about the benefits and danger of tea? 40 people were surveyed, 34 people - drink tea (85%) prefer black tea bags 30 people (75%), 28 people from 40 know about the benefits and dangers of tea (70%).

I asked the same questions to teachers of our school.

(15 people were surveyed, 15 people - Tea, (100%) prefer large-grade tea 13 people (86%), 15 out of 15 people (100%) are aware of the benefits and dangers of tea).

After analyzing the results, I made a chart.

Conclusion: The survey conducted indicates that the relationship to the use of tea is different: the younger generation is less drinking tea and little knows about the benefits or dangers of tea than older generation; Guys prefer to drink tea in bags, and teachers - large-grained tea.

3.3. Cooking tea.

The invention of the method of packaging tea in bags significantly facilitates the brewing process, but it will be covered in the bag most often not the best product. Basically, tea dust or crumb is on the manufacture of such tea, at best without additives of other raw materials. For example, wanting to save, in the tea mass mix various cheaper vegetable substitutes: Cherry leaves, poplar, willow, oak, burnt sugar for color, as well as all sorts food colorings and flavors. But if you enjoy the true taste of tea you need to be able to understand and brew real brewing teas.

Welding methods of tea are not so much. But the secrets and subtleties are quite a lot. But chief Secret - Good tea, good water, good dishes.

The universal recipe for the brewing of delicious tea consists of the following steps:

boiling water;

warming of the boiler kettle;

falling asleep welding;

pouring welding boiling water and stirring;

infusion;

spilling around the cups.

When heating a jelly, it is important to comply with three main rules:

a brew should be swollen evenly, and not so that one side is hot, and the other is colder;

a brew must not be heated much, it should be about the same temperature as the water you are going to brew tea;

in the perfect case, the heated brew must also be dry.

The tea flooding procedure should be performed as quickly as possible: to open quickly, quickly overpay the required amount of tea in a brew, pour boiling water and close. You can pour in boiling water in one or more techniques. The most standard scheme for the brewing of the black tea is brewing in two receptions: first the tea is flooded with boiling water on the volume of about 1/3 of the brew, tea is allowed to fool 1-2 minutes, and then fasten with boiling water, then it is already enough to prepare.

Nowadays, tea drinking is quite free, there are a conversation for tea. The topic of the conversation can be any, but the tone is always assumed calm, sincere, confidential. Tea party is aimed at getting pleasure.

Drink tea, be cheerful and healthy!

Conclusion.

Having considered all the tasks set in front of them, I came to the conclusion that the tea is an excellent very ancient wellness drink, learned a lot of tea history, studied when tea can benefit, and when harm. I found out that today it is difficult to present Russia without tea.

Following how tea appeared in Russia, its steel is considered a symbol of hospitality. I learned what tea love to drink in Khakassia, the folk traditions revive.

Tea -not only a drink for quenching thirst, primarily a magic drink to preserve health.

Therefore, it is necessary to choose for yourself the grade of tea in which you like everything: and the size of the chayanki, and the color of infusion and taste, and the fragrance. Then the tea drinking will turn into a magic ritual, and you will always be in a beautiful mood.
