Normal application

The norms are provided and laying the concrete mixture by Badjees supplied by a crane, conveyor, concrete pumps and dump trucks directly into a concrete structure or tray (trunk), with a partial cape of a concrete mixture. The laid concrete mixture is recreated and compacted by vibrators. The open surface of the concrete is loading. In the process of work, trays or trunctions can be cleaned and stopped.

The composition of the work

1. Reception of the concrete mix.
2. Laying the concrete mix directly to the place of laying or by trays (trunns).
3. Running the concrete mix with its partial cake.
4. Sealing concrete mix with vibrators.
5. Alignment of the open surface of the concrete.
6. Rearrangement of vibrators, trays or hobs with their cleaning.

Characteristics of the work conditions

The norms are provided by the device of liquid adhesive flooring at the floor temperature at the floor level is not lower than + 10 ° C. For protection against contamination of the wall mastic, protect the paper to a height of 50-70 cm. Before applying the mastic, the base is dotted.

The leveling coating layer is applied with a mastic mobility of 120-140 seconds, and the face layer is 100-120 seconds. The mastic is applied with a fishing rod (in the absence of the latter, it is possible to apply a fishing sprayer from the P-562 spray unit) or a spray gun, the nozzle diameter of the nozzle 4 mm in the mobility of 120-140 seconds and 6 mm at 100-120 seconds.

The mastic is applied with stripes with a width of 1.5 m from the wall opposite to the room input. The subsequent layer of mastic is applied only after hardening the previous one. The thickness of the applied layer of 1-1.5 mm each is systematically checked by a metal ruler.

During a break in the work of a layer of a mastic coating (facial or leveling), "No" is reduced and then the "twist" (15-20 cm) is joined with the subsequent layer of the same composition.

After the end of work and during breaks, the packaging, tools, mechanisms, hoses, fixtures, cranes, valves and plugs are washed with water.

The composition of the work
