If we talk about the financial participation of the authorities in carrying out the overhaul of common property in the MKD, the following should be noted.

Financing services and (or) work on the overhaul of common property in the MCD, including the MCD, not to be included in the regional capital repairs in accordance with the regulatory legal act of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 191 LCD RF may be carried out using financial support measures provided by HOA, LCD, ZhSK, managing organizations, regional operators at the expense of the federal budget, the budget funds of the subject of the Russian Federation, the local budget in the manner and on the conditions that are provided for by federal laws, laws, laws Subjects of the Russian Federation, Municipal Legal Acts.

If we talk about installing the ITP as a new equipment in the framework of overhaul, it is important to note the following. The means accumulated at the expense of the above "allowance", established by the general meeting of the owners of the premises in the MCD, can be used for those types of work as part of the overhaul of common property in the MCD, which are not listed in part 1 of Art. 166 LCD RF and are not provided for by the law of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

4.2 (2).
