The boilers are designed for the production of heating hot water with a maximum temperature of 115°C at an allowable working pressure of 0.6 MPa. Boilers are used for operation only in closed heat supply systems. The preferred areas of application for the TERMOTECHNIK TT 100 boilers are large heating and ventilation systems, hot water supply systems for industrial, administrative, municipal and other facilities, providing thermal energy for production equipment. The TT 100 boiler is designed as a gas-tube flue type boiler. The combustion chamber and the boiler body have cylindrical shape. The convective heating surfaces are formed by second and third pass smoke tubes arranged symmetrically around the combustion chamber. Two-, three-row layout of second-pass smoke tubes increases the area and intensity of heat transfer. The first rotary chamber, completely washed by water, is formed by a rear tube plate and a toruspherical bottom.
