Veza copper-aluminum heat exchangers. Copper-aluminum heat exchangers VNV243

Plate copper-aluminum heat exchangers manufactured by technical specifications TU 4663-028-40149153-99, designed for heating and cooling air in systems air heating, ventilation and air conditioning various designs... Heat exchangers are designed for operation in areas with moderate and cold climates (UHL3 in accordance with GOST 15150).

Design and principle of operation of VNV 243, VOV 243

According to the heat carrier used, heat exchangers are divided into the following groups:

- VNV 243 (water heater) - hot water is used as a heat carrier;

VOV 243 (air cooler) - cold water, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol solutions are used as an energy carrier.

The design and manufacturing technology of these heat exchangers are basically identical. Constructive and technological features each type will be discussed below. The heat exchanger consists of one or more rows copper pipes OK with an outer diameter of 12 mm, finned with heat exchange elements in the form of corrugated aluminum foil plates with a thickness of 0.12 ... 0.25 mm. The pipes are combined into groups, the ends of which are soldered into collectors of steel or copper pipes, through which the inlet and outlet of the coolant or refrigerant is carried out. For connection to an external system, there are special pipes on the collectors that provide

welded, threaded or flanged connection. By agreement with the consumer, heat exchangers are manufactured with front section dimensions from 200 × 100 (mm) to 3000 × 2000 (mm). Air heating or cooling occurs when it passes through the heat exchanger in the process of interaction with copper tubes and aluminum plates. Compared to steel heaters, the use of copper-aluminum elements increases the efficiency of heat transfer and reduces energy consumption, but imposes Additional requirements to the installation and operation of these devices.

Water heat exchanger design allows to provide both direct-flow (the direction of movement of air and energy carrier coincide) and counter-flow (the direction of movement of air and energy carrier is opposite) water connection schemes.

When choosing a circuit, it is necessary to take into account that the operation of the air heater in a counter-current mode allows an increase of 10% of thermal power, and the use of a direct-flow circuit significantly reduces the risk of freezing the heat exchanger. When the calculated air temperature at the inlet to the air heater is higher than minus 15 ° C, it is advisable to use a counter-flow circuit, as it provides a more efficient heat removal, and at more low temperatures- direct flow, as a safer one.

For the air cooler, only a counter-flow circuit is used, since there is no danger of freezing.

Description of the series

Plate copper-aluminum heat exchangers manufactured by Veza are designed for heating and cooling air in air heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems of various designs.

According to the heat carrier used, the heat exchangers are divided into the following groups: VNV 243 (water heater) - hot water is used as the heat carrier; VOV 243 (air cooler) - cold water, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol solutions are used as an energy carrier.
Depending on the purpose, the produced heat exchangers can be divided into several groups with certain design features:
1. Water heat exchangers - analogs of KSk, KVB and KVS type heaters. This type of heat exchanger is designed to replace KSk, KVB and KVS heat exchangers during the reconstruction and repair of existing systems or for use in newly designed ventilation systems.

Subgroups VNV.243: single row - used as closers in ventilation systems or as air heaters not lower than -10 ° С;
double-row - used as air heaters in ventilation systems;
three-row - used as air heaters when used return water(water mode 60/40 ° C) or as air heaters in technological processes(for example, in a wood drying chamber);
four-row - used as air coolers in ventilation systems.

2. Duct air heaters (KVN). The standard sizes of the KVN front sections correspond to the sections of the existing air ducts. The connecting dimensions correspond to the connecting dimensions of the duct ventilation elements ( duct fans, duct electric heaters, duct silencers, etc.), which makes it possible to use them for integration into existing ventilation systems or for replacing imported duct air heaters. KVN subgroups: double-row for rectangular ducts - used for heating air in ventilation systems; three-row for rectangular air ducts - used as air heaters in ventilation systems, as well as heat exchangers for air curtains; heat exchangers for round ducts.

3. Heat exchangers for central air conditioners of KCKP type. Designed for installation or replacement of failed heat exchangers in air conditioners manufactured by "Veza", as well as by other manufacturers. In addition, these heat exchangers can be used as separate air heaters (air coolers) in ventilation systems or in process plants.

4. Special heat exchangers. Heat exchangers manufactured by Veza can be used not only for installation in air conditioning systems, but also for solving other technical problems.
Veza develops and manufactures both individual heat exchangers and products based on them.

The Veza heat exchanger of the VNV243 series is represented by water air heaters, where hot water is used as a heat carrier. The relevance of using such copper-aluminum plate heat exchangers is observed in air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems. In areas with cold and temperate climates, operation will be most expedient. What are the design features of such equipment, and what models do we implement?

Design features

The design of VNV243 heat exchangers is represented by copper tubes (one or several rows), the outer diameter of which is 12 mm. Corrugated aluminum plates with a thickness of 0.12-0.25 mm are used as heat exchange elements for their finning.

The coolant exits and enters through the copper and steel tubes collectors into which the ends of the grouped tubes are soldered. The collectors, in turn, are equipped with special branch pipes with flanged, threaded or welded connections, which provide connection to the external system. The size of the front section of the heat exchanger can be 200x100-3000x2000 mm at the choice of the consumer.

Principle of operation

Interaction with aluminum fins and copper pipes ensures heating of the air as it passes through the heat exchanger. Copper-aluminum alloy elements provide lower energy consumption and efficient heat dissipation when compared to steel heaters. On the other hand, higher requirements are imposed on the installation and operation of such models.

Due to the design features, the water connection can be carried out both in a counter-flow and a direct-flow scheme. In the first case, the energy carrier and air move in different directions, and in the second - in one direction.

Classification

Heat exchangers Veza VNV243 can be classified as follows, depending on their purpose and design differences.

  1. Water heat exchangers acting as analogs of KVS, KVB and KSk heaters. This group includes single-row, double-row, three- and four-row models.
  2. Duct air heaters.
  3. Units for central air conditioners KCKP can be used both as part of an air conditioning system and as a separate air heater in a process unit or ventilation system.
  4. Special heat exchangers designed for solving other technical problems, except for installation in air conditioning systems.

Any model that interests you can be purchased from our company. We not only manufacture and sell the equipment in question, but also provide detailed advice on the choice of a particular unit, depending on the operating conditions.
