Gas boiler "Neva" is presented in wall and floor version... Single-circuit devices can heat an area of ​​180 m² and are characterized by low energy consumption. 01 Ignition fails. How to fix the problem:

  • Adjust the distance between the spark plug and the burner (3 mm).

The boiler does not turn on.

Error 01 (E2)- Malfunction associated with unsuccessful ignition or overheating of the heating medium. The boiler is not functioning.

Error E9- Supply voltage out of permissible limits

Troubleshooting

For 2 years I have been operating a Neva Lux gas boiler manufactured by Baltgaz. Now defects began to appear in his work. If you use it for a long time hot water, the pressure in the system drops and it stops by error 04. Although the pressure gauge shows the same pressure of 1.6 bar. Has to

Perhaps the pressure in your expansion tank is lower than it should be. It is then that error 04 is possible.

Six months ago, I installed a double-circuit boiler Neva Lux 8230. Recently I encountered such a problem. When hot water was required, I turned on the tap as usual. At first it went warm, and then cold again. Error 02 appeared on it at that moment. I tried to reset it with the "reset" key, but after that the heating turned on. After that, hot water was required again in the evening. I turned on the tap and everything worked fine. The device worked for 4 days without problems, but today the error appeared again. I studied it more carefully. It happens like this. After the transition to heating water for DHW occurs, a sound is heard inside, similar to air intake. At the same time, you can observe the instability of the manometer readings (approximately 0.5 in each direction). And all this is accompanied by the same strong sound not only from himself, but also from membrane tank(additional, external for 18 liters). After that, the pressure rises sharply to 5 bar. It turns off, the water temperature drops to 23C. And error 02 is displayed. The instructions say that I have air in the heating system, but I work with hot water supply. What's the connection? Maybe my 3-way valve is broken? Or is the filter in the heating system clogged?

Error 02 - the coolant is overheating. The fan may be broken or the sensor is damaged.

My boiler Neva Lux 7023 stops about 2 times a month by error 07. Restarting always solves this problem. And now a new error has appeared - E5. It works for a quarter of an hour and turns off. What happened to him?

Error E7 means that the coolant is too overheated. Perhaps your heat exchanger is covered with scale on the inside, and because of it there is poor circulation in the system. Did he start making some unusual noise with you? But regarding the E5, here you need to pay attention to the pressure switch or the fan. It is necessary to look at both that and that. In an amicable way, this problem should be solved by a specialist. Also, just in case, check if your chimney is icy.

The unit showed error 03. As I understand it, it means problems with the fan. When checking, I applied voltage to it - everything is normal. I also checked the pressure switch - it is also working properly. It turns out a relay on the board? A couple of years ago I came across a similar one. But then an acquaintance helped me out, giving from his old unit. Tell me, is it possible to work somehow without this relay? I tried to manually spin the fan, it started to work, but the gas did not come in. Is the same relay responsible for this? But now the error was 01.

In order for the relay to work longer, you need to set it up more carefully. gas valve and heating power, and it is advisable to install a room thermostat. All this not only increases the service life of the device, but also saves gas. To solve error 01, you need to check the voltage on the gas valve, whether it opens normally and whether gas is flowing. It is better to call a specialist, since all these checks are life-threatening. And the master has a diff. pressure gauge for assessing gas pressure. And so, most likely you have little house and you did not tune the system for the heated area. So a room thermostat is the best solution for you.

Help me please. In our new apartment, even before us, a wall-mounted double-circuit NevaLux 7218 was installed. During the day, it constantly stops by mistake 04. They began to feed, then the temperature began to drop. And now water has also flowed out of it (in the place where the heating pipe enters it). I had to turn it off. So you can't use it?

My wall-mounted boiler Neva Lux 7023 (Baltgaz) has a problem with hot water supply. With heating, everything is normal, and as soon as I start parsing water, error E2 appears. This does not heat up the water. If the water is turned off, then it is perfectly normal to continue heating the apartment. The water pressure is consistently good. I looked in the instructions, it says that E2 is an error of unsuccessful ignition or overheating of the coolant. During DHW operation, the burner starts working and burns for 2 seconds. Then the thermometer shows a temperature of 95C, immediately turning off the device and an error. The water runs warm while the burner is on. What could have broken?

Try to check the DHW temperature sensor, perhaps this is the case. Although, in theory, the E2 error symbolizes problems with ignition, but then there would be no heating.

My wall-mounted Baltgaz boiler at first did not want to switch from heating system mode to hot water supply. Although, sometimes, for reasons I do not understand, it still worked as it should. First of all, I checked that all contacts were in good working order, then I checked the electric motor of the three-way valve. If you clamp it with a screwdriver, then the valve is in good order and works as it should. If you switch the mode (with the engine removed), then everything works. The movement of the stem is noticeable and consistent. I contacted the service center. The master who came to me suggested that the problem was in the flow sensor. He did not see the signal coming to him. We need a new one. But he did something to make the device work. It did not work for a day, and then I needed to turn it on. And it won't start. The indicator blinks, all possible symbols are highlighted. The reboot did not help. Disconnecting the power supply did not help either. What could be the problem?

Take out the connector on the board, and disconnect the wires one by one. First of all, those that are responsible for the drive of the three-way valve. Then reattach them. This should fix your problem.

I can't fix the boiler in any way Baltgaz neva... Error 03 constantly appears, the fan does not work during ignition. If you blow on the pressure switch tube, then it starts spinning. The device does not want to turn off on its own, you have to do it manually. How to be?

Find the hatch in the upper right corner. You need to open it and restart it.

Other malfunctions

Lack of spark for ignition.

Ignition plug defective or poorly installed. Correctly install the spark plug (the gap between the end of the spark plug and the burner section is 4-5 mm) or replace it. Loose contact between terminal and ignition wire. Check the contact of the terminal with the ignition wire. The ignition electrode is dirty. Wipe the electrode from dust and degrease.

The boiler does not turn on.

Lack of gas. Lack of water. Lack of electricity. Carry out appropriate checks (incoming gas, presence of water, connectors, fuses). Burner nozzles clogged. Clean the nozzles.
Air in the gas circuit. (May occur after prolonged inactivity). Turn on the unit several times until the error is eliminated. Fuse blown. Replace the fuse on the controller board. Pops in the burner.
