Combined wood / gas, wood / diesel boilers are usually supplied without a burner included. The boiler will operate on solid fuel and an appropriate burner can be purchased additionally for operation on gas or diesel fuel... For a diesel / gas combi boiler supplied without a burner, a corresponding burner must be purchased and installed, because the boiler will not work without a burner.

  • Modern ergonomic design
  • Compact dimensions
  • Reduced noise level
  • Removable cover for easy maintenance
  • Components from leading European manufacturers

Wall-mounted double-circuit heating gas boiler with forced circulation of the coolant with closed chamber combustion BaltGaz Turbo 24, manufactured in accordance with TU 4931-011-26985921-2012 (GOST R 51733-2001, GOST 20548-87, GOST R 54438-2011, TR TS 016/2011, TR TS 004/2011, TR TS 020 / 2011).

The BALTGAZ TURBO boiler is designed for heating residential and non-hazardous industrial premises area up to 240 meters. Also, the boiler is designed for hot water supply (hereinafter referred to as HVS) for sanitary purposes.

Control of the wall-mounted boiler BALTGAZ TURBO 24

The main control element of the boiler is the electronic board, which controls the entire operation of the device. The microprocessor of the electronic board collects and processes signals from control and safety sensors. All information about the state of the device is displayed on the LCD in real time. All boiler control is carried out from the control panel. If a remote control is connected to the boiler, then control is carried out from it, the control panel buttons are inactive.

In the center of the control panel of the BaltGaz Turbo boiler there is a liquid crystal display that, during normal boiler operation, displays the temperature in the currently active mode (when operating in heating mode - the temperature of the water in the heating system at the outlet of the boiler, when operating in HV C mode - the temperature G B C at the outlet of the boiler). In the event of a malfunction, an error code is displayed instead of the temperature value.

Technical characteristics of the wall-mounted boiler BALTGAZ TURBO 24

Technical data for the BaltGaz 24 Turbo boiler

The symbols on the display indicate the operating mode of the boiler. There are 7 boiler control buttons around the display. The functions of the control buttons and the symbols shown on the display are shown in the tables below.

    BALTGAZ TURBO operating modes

    The boiler can operate in the following modes:

  1. Standby mode;
  2. summer mode;
  3. winter mode.

When the boiler is connected to the power supply, it automatically enters the operating mode in which it was at the time of disconnection from the network.

To put the boiler into working condition, press the button.

Standby mode:

In standby mode for user commands, the symbol is shown on the display. The boiler does not work, but it is still possible to activate the anti-freeze function.

Summer mode:

In the "summer" mode, the boiler operates only on the HVC system. The boiler ignores the signals from the room thermostat and the heating circuit temperature sensor. When operating in this mode, the display shows a blinking symbol of the current mode and the current temperature. Hot water temperature control range from +30 C to +60 C.

Winter mode:

In the "winter" mode, the boiler operates both for heating and for HVC. When operating in this mode, the display shows a blinking symbol of the current mode and the current temperature. The DHW request has priority for the heating request.

ATTENTION!

The ability to maintain the set temperature in the DHW mode is limited by the minimum heating capacity of the boiler. Therefore, at elevated temperature water at the inlet to the DHW circuit (in summer) and its low consumption, the water temperature at the outlet of the DHW circuit can significantly exceed the set one.

Additional features of BALTGAZ TURBO 24:

The boiler is endowed with additional functions that can be used in certain operating modes. These functions provide additional safety and ease of use and maintenance of the boiler.

Anti-freeze function:

The anti-freeze function is the built-in anti-freeze system of the boiler. When the water temperature in the heating system drops below +7 ° C, the pump turns on and when it rises above +7 ° C, it turns off. If the temperature drops below +4 ° С, the burner ignites, the boiler starts working at minimum power until the temperature reaches +25 ° С.

This mode is activated automatically if the following conditions are met:

  1. the boiler is connected to the electricity network and to the gas supply line;
  2. the boiler is not in a locked state due to a malfunction;
  3. the pressure in the heating system corresponds to the set parameters.

Heat exchanger freeze test function:

The freeze check function of the heat exchanger prevents an emergency when the boiler is switched on when the heating circuit is possibly frozen (for example, after a long power cut). When the water temperature in the heating system is less than or equal to +3 ° C, the pump is turned on for 3 minutes. If, after 3 minutes of operation, the temperature reaches + 4 ° C, the boiler will return to normal operation. If, after 3 minutes of operation, the temperature does not reach + 4 ° C, then the operation of the wall-mounted device will be blocked.

Anti-blocking function:

The anti-blocking function of the pump eliminates blocking of the pump shaft during long periods of inactivity. This function works only in standby mode. The pump is started once a day for 15 seconds. Boiler operation in heating mode with an external (outdoor) temperature sensor.

For optimal regulation of the water temperature in the heating circuit, depending on the outside temperature, it is recommended to use an external (outdoor) temperature sensor. The board will automatically recognize the presence of external sensor provided that parameter P-1 is assigned the value "1". Correction of the water temperature in the heating circuit takes place in accordance with the external temperature, room temperature and the heat dissipation factor (ch), which is set using parameter P-2. The display shows the desired room temperature.

Overall and connection dimensions of the BaltGaz Turbo 24 boiler

Maintenance of wall-mounted boiler BaltGaz

Regularly, especially before the start of the heating season, clean the water filters of the heating system and HH.

  1. The GVC filter must also be cleaned when the water flow in the GVC line is reduced;
  2. periodically remove air from the heating system;
  3. to supplement the heating system with water to the required pressure;

The BaltGaz Turbo 24 boiler must be kept clean, for which it is necessary to regularly remove dust from the upper surface of the boiler, and also wipe the casing first with a damp and then with a dry cloth. In case of significant contamination, first wipe the cladding with a wet cloth dampened with a neutral detergent, and then with a dry cloth.

It is forbidden to apply detergents strong action and containing abrasive particles, gasoline or other organic solvents for cleaning the housing and plastic parts.

Connecting the BaltGaz Turbo boiler to the mains:

The boiler complies with the I class of protection against electric shock. It is necessary to make sure that there is a single-phase AC network with a rated voltage of 220 V and a frequency of 50 Hz with an earthing contact. The boiler should be grounded through the grounding wire of the power cord, ensuring all grounding requirements in accordance with GOST 27570.0−87. It is forbidden to use water and gas pipelines for grounding, as well as heating batteries.
