1.3.1. Forests should be made in climatic use in GOST15150-69 when limiting the lower temperature limit to minus 40 "s.
1.3.2. For the manufacture of forest elements, pipes according to GOST 3262-75 and GOST10704-76 should be applied.
1.3.3. Pipes for the manufacture of forest elements should be without threaded cutting, straight, without dents, cracks and other defects that violate the strength of the elements.
1.3.4. The main elements of forests when exposed to low temperature rates up to minus 40 ° C should be made from steel stamps specified in Table 2.

2. Steel used for the manufacture of forests should have a shock viscosity at a temperature of minus40 ° C at least 3 · 10 5 J / m 2 shock viscosity tests should be made according to GOST9454-78.
1.3.5. Forest flooring must withstand the load, the corresponding march of forests.
Wooden shields of forest flooring should be made from boards of coniferous rocks of the 2nd grade according to GOST8486-86, subjected to antiseptic protection.
Wooden shields of the flooring of the forest fence should be subjected to deep impregnation with flame retardant.
1.3.6. The life of forests should be at least 5 years.
1.3.7. Forests must have fences that exclude the possibility of falling people and various items.
1.3.8. The height of the railway railing must be at least 1.1 m.
1.3.9. The railings of the fences must withstand the concentrated static load700 H (70 kgf), applied by the occasion of the element in the direction perpendicular to its axis, alternately in horizontal n vertical planes.
1.3.10. The fence must have at least one intermediate horizontal element or grid.
1.3.11. The height of the onboard fence of the forest flooring should be at least 20.15 m.
1.3.12. All carriers of horizontal forest elements must withstand the concentrated static load1300 H (130 kgf) attached to the element in the middle.
1.3.13. The mass of assembly units of forests during manual assembly should not be more than 30 kg.
1.3.14. For lifting and lowering people, forests should be accurately involved by the stairs according to GOST26887-86, located at a distance not more than 40 m from each other. Forests with a length of less than40 m should be equipped with no less than two stairs. The angle of inclination of the stairs to the horizontal surface should be no more than 60 °.
1.3.15. Forests should be provided with lightning protection according to CH 305-77.
1.3.16. Signal coloring of forests - according to GOST12.4.026-76.
1.4. Completeness
1.4.1. Forests must be supplied complete. Package Included:
a set of forests (racks, riglels, etc., as well as fastening to building structures);
passport with instruction manual.
1.4.2. In coordination with the customer, the supplies include containers for transporting and storing forests.
1.4.3. In coordination with the customer, forests can be supplied without shields.
1.4.4. The volume of the set of forests should be: 500; 1000; 1500 and 2000 m 2 (forest projection area on the wall of the building).
1.5. Marking
1.5.1. The main bearing elements of forests must have a marry. The labeling is applied by a way that preserves it during the entire life of forests.
1.5.2. Marking must contain the following data:
designation of the product (brand);
room set of forests;
production date (month, year).
1.5.3. Each package and box (recurrent packaging) or contacts with forest elements must have a tag with marking. The size of the tag, the location of the inscriptions, as well as the method and mat-rial for labeling must be complied with GOST 14192-77.
1: 5.4. Tag marking should contain the following data:
trademark (if available) and the name of the manufacturer;
designation of the product (brand);
room set of forests;
production date (month, year);
1.6. Packaging
1.6.1. Forest elements are associated with type (rheglels, racks, discharge, etc.) in packets with a wire with a diameter of at least 4 mm according to GOST3282-74 with a twist (at least two turns).
1.6.2. Small details (clamps, anchor mount, etc.) must be packed in wooden boxes according to GOST18617-83 or return container.
1.6.3. The forests supplied in coordination with the customer in containers for transporting and storing them are additionally packed.
1.6.4. Documentation included in the package must be wrapped and a package of polyethylene film according to GOST 10354-82 and is attached to a set of forests by a method that provides its safety, or transferred to the consumer with the direct receipt of the forest kit.
2.1. To check for forest compliance with the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer must conduct acceptance and periodic tests.
2.2. Acceptance tests should be subjected to each element of forests.
2.3. Acceptance tests must include:
check the quality of the manufactured forest elements and the establishment of their compliance with the requirements of the design documentation;
check the quality of welded seams;
check the quality of paintwork coatings;
check marking forests.
2.4. Periodic tests are subjected to one set of forests, past receiving test tests, out of 100 manufactured, but at least once every three years.
2.5. Periodic tests should include:
checking the mass of forests;
forest control assembly;
tests of forests for strength and stability.
2.6. Tests for strength and stability should be carried out in the working position of the forests. It is allowed to produce control assembly and testing for strength and stability on a fragment, consisting of a minimal set of forests (500 m 2), a height of at least 20 m with loads that completely imitate on-loads arising during the installation of forests to the maximum height.
3.1. The geometric dimensions of the forests and their elements are tapered by a roulette according to GOST 7502-80, a metal line according to GOST 427-75, a caliper in accordance with GOST166-80 or other instruments that ensure the accuracy of measurements of up to1 mm and pro-rule-linear metrological organizations of the USSR state standard in accordance with the requirements of GOST8 .002-86.
3.2. The quality of welded seams check visually about corresponding vii from GOST3242-79.
3.3. Quality coloring is determined visually.
4.1. Forest transportation is carried out by transport of any kind that ensures the safety of forest elements from damage.
4.2. It is not allowed to drop products when unloading, transporting by wolves and other actions that can cause damage to the design elements.
4.3. When transporting and storing, packages and boxes can fit on top of each other in more than three tiers.
4.4. Forest elements should be stored in closed places or under a canopy on lining, eliminating contact with soil.
4.5. Forests are transported and stored in accordance with GOST 15150-69 according to the group of storage conditions of OH4 (in terms of the effects of climatic factors of the external environment).
Forests should be operated in accordance with SNiP II-4 - 80 and instructions for the operation of forests of specific Ti-Pov.
6.1. The manufacturer guarantees forest compliance with the requirements of a present standard when complying with the consumer of the conditions for transportation, storage and operation. The warranty period of operation is -12 months from the date of forest commissioning, but no later than 6 months from the date of their receipt to the consumer.
6.2. The manufacturer during the warranty period freely repairs or replaces all elements of forests that have become disretened by its fault; Replacement should be made within 1 month from the date of receipt of the notification.
