The use of a solid fuel boiler Zota Dymok 25M is cost-effective due to the main features of its design: an excellent degree of thermal insulation and gas tightness. The unit has a special water jacket, which is reinforced with channels in case of overloads in the heating system. This reinforcement makes it possible to withstand a pressure of up to 4 atmospheres without damaging the boiler body.
The ash and loading doors of the Zota Dymok 25M unit are created using gas-tight technology, which guarantees a longer combustion of the fuel and allows the user to adjust it. The main fuel for the boiler is coal or wood, the deep firebox allows loading long logs. V combined version electricity is used - boilers from this series can be equipped with block heating elements made of stainless steel with a capacity of 3 to 9 kW.
Installation of a solid fuel boiler is extremely simple, thanks to the removable design, the chimney is easy to install and remove if necessary. As an option, the unit is equipped with a control panel. With its help, you can set the temperature of the air and the coolant, as well as reconfigure the operation for electricity when the fuel burns out and the boiler cools down. Line of solid fuel and combined boilers ZOTA Smoke - M consists of four products with a capacity of 12, 18, 20, 25 kW and is designed for autonomous heating residential and industrial premises... Coal or wood is used as fuel for the basic boiler model, and in the combined version additional source energy is electricity. The experience of operating solid fuel boilers set the main directions of modification, which were introduced into the design of the previously produced Dymok boiler.
The main differences between the new series and the previous ones were the changes made to the design of the boiler water jacket. Reinforcing channels were installed, which made it possible to operate boilers in systems with a working pressure of up to 3 atmospheres and withstand a short-term increase in pressure up to 4 atmospheres, preventing deformation of the boiler walls. The geometry of the furnace space has changed - the furnace has become longer, which made it possible to use sufficiently long logs in the process of heating with wood. This change in design was caused by objective operating conditions: a huge number of domestic boiler houses consume firewood as fuel, therefore, a deep firebox gives greater convenience to the consumer. The flue system has changed - it has become removable and round for ease of installation of the boiler and is equipped with a step-adjustable gate. One of the main advantages and the most expensive modification of the boiler is the loading and ash doors of a new design. Now they are gas tight. Thus, the combustion process has become longer and the consumer has the opportunity to regulate it more accurately. This creates additional comfort, as temperature drops are smoothed out.
All boilers have a hole with a G2 ”thread for the installation of a heating element, which is supplied with the boiler at the request of the consumer.
Boilers "Dymok - M" can be equipped with block heating elements with a capacity of 3 or 6 kW, made of stainless steel.
Using the control panel, the consumer sets the air and coolant temperature in such a way that when the boiler cools down, the heating element is automatically turned on and the heating system is constantly in operating mode. Despite the fact that the power of the unit is less than the rated power of the boiler, the heating element allows the system to remain operational even at the most low temperatures during the entire heating season.
