1. General Provisions.
1.1. The present position "On Processing and Protection of Personal Data" (hereinafter "position") was developed on the basis of Art. 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Information, Informatization and Information Protection" No. 149-FZ dated July 27, 2006 (Ed. Of February 22, 2011), Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data" No. 152-ФЗ dated 27.07. 2006 and the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Education in the Russian Federation" No. 273-FZ dated December 29, 2012
1.2. This provision is an official document of the administration of the Internet site on which it is posted () (hereinafter referred to as the "site"), and determines the policy and procedure for processing and protecting the information of individuals using the services of the site and its services (hereinafter "users").
