What can I say about this educational institution ... As in any organization has its advantages and disadvantages, as they say, the pros and cons. The same can be said about the Russian State University of Trade and Economics. I'll start with what I liked:
+ First of all, this is the staff, or rather the teaching staff, I can say with confidence that they are very good! The teachers are all experienced, explain everything, it is clear that they know their subjects. Although there were those who simply lectured on a piece of paper, without looking at the whole couple of students (this is in any university).
I liked the training program, the subjects were all necessary and relevant (I studied to be an economist-manager).
They have a good library, a lot of literature, everything you need - everyone gives. The library is equipped with computers and internet access. Which is very convenient!
There is no corruption, as in other universities. I can safely say that for the entire period of study, which is 3.5 years, I have never paid for exams or tests. They drove students until they pass themselves (although now for many it will seem like a minus, because why hide, some prefer not to teach and not pass on their own).
Education is inexpensive, there are discounts for a second higher education or after college (although I don't know exactly what they will have with prices further, but I paid 37 thousand a year, I entered after college).
I bet a plus for a huge dining room with its fragrant delicious meals and pastries, 2 wardrobes, excellent buffet and cleanliness throughout the university.
Well, now about the shortcomings. I will not say that they are significant, but I will list what I remember the most.
The main building itself, located on Mendeleev Street, is quite difficult to build. More precisely, the location of offices and departments is so confused that even students who have been studying for several years are confused. The premises themselves resemble some kind of labyrinth. Not very convenient, of course, but you can get used to it and navigate. We were saving evacuation plans, I don’t know what they would do without them ...
It was inconvenient when they put pairs in different buildings, for example, on Mendeleev in the main building on one day, on Gafuri (a building for correspondence students) on another day. Many were confused and went to the wrong place ...
It was such that the teachers did not come for classes. Since we were part-time students, classes were also held on weekends. So, some of the teachers simply did not come to the classes, while they did not warn anyone about this. Thank God there were few such cases, 2 times. I hope that this will not happen at all, since part-time students are mainly people who work with children, it turns out that we ask for time off from work, we agree with grandparents to sit with the children while mom is in pairs, and you come and such a setup ...
In general, I want to say that I liked the training. And I do not regret that I entered this particular place. I repeat that there are shortcomings in every organization, as well as in educational institutions - there are no ideal ones.

I really like the PRUE. More recently, there was an opportunity to participate in a student exchange with the University of Dresden. As far as I know, this opportunity is only in this university in Bashkiria. I liked everything very much. The university paid for room and board in Germany.
