“Terkin and his creator are“ alike ”. Like Tvardovsky, Terkin "did not like arrogant people", was, as an author, reasonable and fair, did not allow himself to be offended, but not at all a cocky one. "

“Just like its creator, Terkin is“ endowed with a generous heart, ”that is, heightened conscientiousness (after spending only a day on vacation, he returns ahead of schedule to the front line), which is nothing more than a high sense of civic duty.”

Already in this chapter, the reader gets to know the hero quite closely: he is a sociable and cheerful person, a seasoned experienced soldier, a good storyteller by definition of his regiment comrades. He understands the temporary nature of the retreat, instills in the soldiers courage and confidence in our victory.

In the image of Terkin, deep national traditions of the Russian people are revealed. He is "not any other, not the Ensky, nameless root." A sense of national identity is very developed in Terkin. And that is why he so easily finds a common language with an old Russian soldier who took part in World War I (chapter "Two Soldiers"). Books about the war Alexander Tvardovsky "Vasily Terkin"

Ryumicheva Svetlana Nikolaevna history teacher

BOU "Kisnemskaya OSH"

In 1939-1940, as part of a group of writers, Tvardovsky worked in the newspaper of the Leningrad military district "On guard of the Motherland". In the article “How Vasily Terkin Was Written,” AT Tvardovsky said that the image of the protagonist was invented in 1939 for a permanent humorous column in the newspaper On Guard of the Motherland.

During the Great Patriotic War, he was a front-line correspondent for various newspapers. The poet called his lyrics of the war years "frontline chronicle." In 1941, Tvardovsky began working on the poem Vasily Terkin, which he gave the subtitle Book about a soldier. The first chapters were published in September 1942 in the newspaper Krasnoarmeyskaya Pravda, in the same year an early version of the poem was published as a separate book. The final version was completed in 1945.

In 1941-1942 Alexander Tvardovsky worked in Voronezh in the editorial office of the newspaper of the South-Western Front "Red Army". The poem "Vasily Terkin" (1941-1945), "a book about a soldier without beginning or end" is Tvardovsky's most famous work; this is a chain of episodes from the Great Patriotic War.

The poem is distinguished by a simple and precise syllable, an energetic development of the action. The episodes are connected with each other only by the main character - the author proceeded from the fact that both himself and his reader could perish at any moment. As they were written, the chapters were published in the newspaper of the Western Front, Krasnoarmeyskaya Pravda, and were incredibly popular on the front lines. The poem has become one of the attributes of frontline life.

"A book about a fighter without beginning or end"

The accidentally found image, wrote Tvardovsky, "captured me without a trace." The original humorous concept took on the form of an epic narrative, the poem became for the author "my lyrics, my journalism, song and teaching, anecdote and saying, heart-to-heart talk and a remark to the occasion." In the poem "just a guy by himself" Vasily Terkin became the protagonist of the people's war. Vasily Terkin became a folklore character, about which Tvardovsky remarked: "Where he came from, he goes there." The book received both official recognition (State Prize, 1946), and high appraisal of contemporaries.

Ivan Bunin wrote about her: “This is a truly rare book. What freedom, what wonderful daring, what accuracy, precision in everything and what an extraordinary folk language - not a bitch, not a hitch, not a single false, ready-made, that is, literary word! "

Determining the main direction of his work, Tvardovsky wrote: "Personally, I probably will not be able to move away from the harsh and majestic, infinitely diverse and so little revealed in the literature of the world of events, experiences and impressions of the war period throughout my life."

In a word, a book about a fighter

Without beginning, without end.

Why is it so - without a beginning?

Because the deadline is not enough

Start it over again.

Why endlessly?

I just feel sorry for the fellow.

From the first days of the bitter year,

In the difficult hour of the native land

Not joking, Vasily Terkin,

We made friends with you,

I have no right to forget

Than your glory owes

How and where did you help me.

Business time, hour of fun

Terkin - who is he?

Terkin - who is he?

Let's be honest:

Just a guy by himself

He's ordinary.

However, the guy wherever.

A guy like that

In every company there is always

And in every platoon.

And so that they know what is strong

Let's be honest:

Endowed with beauty

He was not excellent

Not high, not that small,

But a hero is a hero.

Forget yourself in war

Remember the honor, however,

Strive to the point - chest to chest,

A fight means a fight ...

Well, what's the point to judge, -

Everything is clear to the point.

It is necessary, brothers, to beat the German,

Give no respite.

How many lived - at that end.

Free from hassle.

And then you are the fighter

That is good for battle.

And you will go into any fire,

You will complete the task.

And you look - still alive

You will be yourself in the bargain.

Fight in the swamp.

The unknown battle about which

We will speak today,

Was, passed, forgotten soon,

And will they remember him?

This swamp fight is wild

In the second year of the war

The great one did not go out of the city,

That the whole country has one;

Not for a proud stronghold,

What is the mother river

And for a certain, let's say now

Settlement Borki ...

But in one immortal book

All will be forever equal -

Who fell great for the city,

That the whole country has one

Who is for a proud stronghold,

That the Volga by the river,

Who is for the one forgotten now,

Settlement Borki.

And Russia is a dear mother -

Will give honor to all in full.

Another battle, another time,

One life and one death.

Crossing

Ferry, ferry!

Left bank, right bank,

The snow is rough, the edge of the ice ...

To whom is memory, to whom glory,

To whom is dark water -

Not a sign, not a trace.

Ferry, ferry ...

Darkness, cold. The night is like a year.

But grabbed the right bank,

The first platoon remained there ...

Ferry, ferry!

The cannons are firing in the pitch darkness.

The fight is holy and right.

Mortal combat is not for the glory

For life on earth.

About the award.

No guys, I'm not proud.

Without thinking into the distance,

So I will say: why do I need an order?

I agree to a medal.

For a medal. And that is not in a hurry.

That used to end the war,

I wish I would come on vacation

To the home side.

Am I still alive? - Hardly.

Fight here, not guess.

But I will say about the medal:

Give it to me then.

Provide, striking is worthy.

And you must understand everything:

The simplest thing is

From the first days of the bitter year,

In the difficult hour of the native land

Not joking, Vasily Terkin,

We made friends with you,

I have no right to forget

Than your glory owes

How and where did you help me.

Having met in the war.

From Moscow, from Stalingrad

You are invariably with me -

My pain, my joy,

My rest and my feat!

The tale of a memorable year,

This book is about a fighter

I started from the middle

And finished without end.

With a thought, maybe bold

Dedicate your favorite work

Fallen sacred memory,

To all friends of the time of the military,

To all hearts whose judgment is dear.

Relevance

Alexander Trifonovich Tvardovsky (1910 -1971)
Russian Soviet writer, poet, journalist. 1941-1942 - war correspondent. Together with the editorial board, he finds himself in the hottest spots of the war. The poem "Vasily Tyorkin" (another name - "The Book about the Fighter") is one of the main works in the poet's work, which has received national recognition.

Slide 3

Slide 4

What is he, Turkin?
The poem consists of 30 chapters. Each chapter is a short story about an episode from the life of the frontline Turkin. Vasily Tyorkin is a joker and a merry fellow, the soul of his unit. In battle, he is an example for everyone, a resourceful warrior who will not get lost in the most difficult situation. At a halt, a company always gathers around him - Turkin will sing and play the accordion, never reach into his pocket for a sharp word. When meeting with civilians, he behaves modestly and with dignity.

Slide 5

From the author
You can live without food for a day, You can do more, but sometimes In a war one minute Do not live without a joke, The most unwise joke. Do not live without a makhorka, From bombing to another Without a good saying Or some saying, - Without you, Vasily Tyorkin, Vasya Tyorkin is my hero. And more than anything else. Do not live for sure - Without what? Without the truth that exists, the Truth, beating straight into the soul, Yes, it would have been thicker, No matter how bitter it was. ..

Slide 6

Slide 7

Harmonic
In the open air, the wind is harsh, Cinder frost near iron, Blowing into the soul, enters the chest - Don't touch it somehow ... Dying grainy snow, Alternately - no dance - Two tank crews are warming their legs in reserve ... Just took a three-row soldier, Immediately visible - accordion player. For the beginning, for the order Threw his fingers from top to bottom ... And from that old accordion, That was left an orphan, Somehow suddenly it became warmer On the front road.

Slide 8

Harmonic
A fighter calls somewhere, Far away, easily leads. - Oh, what are you guys, still young people ... Warm up, knock Everyone goes to the accordion player. Surround. - Wait, brothers, Let me blow on your hands. - The guy froze fingers, - We need an ambulance. - You know, throw these waltzes, Give me the one that ...

Slide 9

Harmonic
And forgotten - not forgotten, Yes, it's not the time to remember, Where and who lies killed And who else to lie. And to whom the grass is alive On the ground to trample then, Before the wife come, to the house, - Where is the wife and where is that house? Dances for a couple of steam From the place rushed suddenly. Breathe frosty steam, Warmed up a tight circle.

Slide 10

Harmonic
And the accordion calls somewhere, Far away, easily leads ... No, what are you guys, Amazing people. If only that to these guys, From the place - into the water and into the fire. Everything that can be in the world, At least that - the accordion is buzzing.

Slide 11

Pronounces cleanly, brings a sound to the soul
And two tankmen said to the Accordionist: - You know, friend ... Do we not know you? Isn't it you, brother, Something I remember, from the battle We delivered to the medical battalion? Clothes were covered in blood, And you asked to drink and drink ... He muffled the accordion: - Well, it may very well be ... And again ridges, hillocks, Snow and trees on both sides ... he.

Slide 12

And he waited, he hears Turkin: - Platoon! For the Motherland! Forward!..
With that unchanging force, That leads people into the fire, That for everything the sacred answer already takes on itself. - Platoon! For the Motherland! Forward!..
- The tanks acted gloriously. - Sappers went well done. - Artillery even more Will not hit the face in the dirt. - And the infantry! - As if by notes, the infantry was walking. Well, what is there! Aviation - and that ... in a word, simply - beauty
On the offensive
The battle is in full swing. Haze blue Gray snow clouded over. And Vasily walks in a chain, under fire he goes to the village.
And to the fighters that are younger, That for the first time they go like this, At this hour it is most precious to know one thing that Turkin is here.

Slide 13

DEATH AND WARRIOR
For the distant hills The heat was leaving the battle. In the snow Vasily Turkin The unselected lay. The snow under him, covered with blood, Took it in an icy heap. Death bowed to the headboard: Well, soldier, come with me ... Turkin shuddered, freezing On the snow bed. - I did not call you, Oblique, I am a soldier still alive ... Death, laughing, bent lower: - Completely, completely, well done, I know, I can see: You are alive, but not a tenant ... -
You are kidding, Death, you are making snares. He turned his shoulder away with difficulty. - I just want to live, I haven't lived yet ...

Slide 14

And you get up, there's little use, - Death continued, laughing. - ... And you get up - all over again: Cold, fear, fatigue, dirt ... - And longing, soldier, in addition: How is it at home, what's with the family? Everything is abandoned. - I am an employee, I would go into business at home, - The house is destroyed. - Me and the carpenter ... - There is no stove. - And the stove-maker ... I'm out of boredom - of all trades, I'll be alive - mine is with me.

Slide 15

On the road to Berlin
For a long, long time behind the wagon train In a stranger's land, the white color of your birch was dragging on And on the way it came to naught. With the Volga, with ancient Moscow How far you are now. Between us and you - Three are not our languages ... Mother earth is our dear, In days of trouble and in days of victories You are not brighter and more beautiful And there is no more desirable heart. .. Your warrior, servant of the people, With honor can report: He fought for four years, Returned from the campaign And now he wants to live.

Slide 16

Day and night in battles replacing, In a month without taking off his cap, Your warrior, protector-son, He walked, hurried to you, dear, On the way to Berlin ...

Slide 17

FROM THE AUTHOR
I dreamed of a real miracle: So that from my invention In the war, living people Was, perhaps, warmer, So that the unexpected joy The fighter's chest would be warmed, As if from that accordion torn, What would happen somewhere ... And now, as the cannons fell silent, Suppose at random , Let us somewhere in a pub Remembered after the third mug With an empty sleeve soldier; Let in some small locker Near the kitchen porch Say as a joke: "Hey you, Turkin!" - About some kind of soldier; ... With a thought, perhaps daring. Dedicate your favorite work to the fallen memory of the sacred, All friends of the time of the military, All hearts, whose judgment is dear. 1941-1945
