  4. In the knives, make holes under the bolts.
  5. Sharpen the knives on the machine by selecting the cutting edge angle of 35-45 °.
  6. Attach knives to the shaft and tick the attachment points. Severate the holes in the outlined points and make a thread.

  8. Install the bearings inside.
  9. Bolts attach the lining on the metal walls.
  10. Insert the shafts into the bearings and secure them.

  12. It remains only to make the receiving compartment through which the wood will fall inside. To do this, take the sheet metal and make 4 identical blanks in the form of parallelepiped.
  13. Find the most narrow side of each workpiece, step from it by 5 cm and start the edge.
  14. Bend of the remaining three blanks do in the opposite direction.
  15. Collect the box and make sure that the blanks are tightly adjacent to each other.
  16. Connect the edges with welding or self-tight rivets.
  17. At the base on the bent sides, drill the place for fasteners.

Necessary materials:

  • knives;
  • profile pipe;
  • metal sheet to create a disk;
